What should I wear/ bring?

All mats and equipment will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. I recommend wearing light, comfortable layers or sportswear. Please also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

How do I book?

All classes are available to book via my website. Bookings must be made in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Are your classes suitable for beginners? 

Yes. Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those with experience. Clear instruction, progressions and modifications are offered throughout so you can work at a level that feels appropriate for your body.
