I offer Pilates sessions designed specifically for workplaces, community groups and organisations to help improve posture, ease tension from desk work, and support both physical and mental wellbeing.

What do you offer?

  • Pilates classes designed for community groups, clubs and organisations who want to support movement and wellbeing. Sessions focus on improving posture, strength and mobility in a welcoming and supportive environment. Classes can be tailored to suit different groups and delivered in local venues.

  • Pilates sessions designed specifically for workplaces to help counteract the effects of long hours sitting. Classes focus on posture, mobility and reducing tension in the neck, shoulders and back while supporting overall wellbeing. Sessions can be offered as regular classes, lunchtime sessions or part of a workplace wellbeing programme.

  • Looking for something a little different for your group? Private Pilates sessions can be tailored for friends, teams or special occasions — including hen dos. Expect a fun, relaxed session designed to get everyone moving, stretching and feeling good.

    No previous Pilates experience is needed, just come along and enjoy the movement.

  • Online Pilates sessions offer a flexible way for teams or community groups to access movement and wellbeing wherever they are based. Participants can join from home or the office, making it easy to incorporate movement into the day.

  • Pilates sessions can be included as part of workplace wellbeing days, team events or community wellbeing programmes. These sessions provide an energising and relaxing break from the usual routine and are suitable for all levels.
